- In a JAMS arbitration proceeding, secured a favorable settlement on behalf of the estate of a deceased shareholder of a closely held company that refused to repurchase his shares upon his death
- In a JAMS mediation proceeding involving numerous parties with divergent interests, secured a settlement on behalf of a general partner of a family investment partnership who was sued for breach of fiduciary duty and fraud by 15 limited partners after the general partner adopted a diversified investment strategy
- Successfully defended law firms in binding arbitration of fee dispute with Townsend & Townsend & Crew in connection with Microsoft Antitrust Litigation
