Barg Coffin Lewis & Trapp, LLP attorneys have experience across the breadth of federal and state natural resources laws, including the Endangered Species Act, wetlands regulation under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, California Fish and Game Code Section 1603 streambed alteration permitting, the Coastal Zone Management Act, the Marine Mammal Protection Act, and the Oil Pollution Act.We represent and counsel clients, and litigate, all aspects of natural resources law, including Section 7 consultations and Section 10 habitat conservation plans, mitigation banking and conservation easements, individual and nationwide wetlands permitting, and Safe Harbor and Candidate Conservation Agreements. Our attorneys have also been at the forefront of Clean Water Act jurisdictional issues, particularly in wake of the Supreme Court's ruling in Rapanos v. United States.
