Thomas D. Trapp
1952-2007
Barg Coffin Lewis & Trapp, LLP is saddened to report that our
beloved friend and colleague, Tom Trapp, died on August 16, 2007
after a 15-month battle with pancreatic cancer. Although Tom’s work
has been transitioned to other capable hands at our firm, we will
greatly miss his steady personal and professional contribution. His
insights, intelligence, and equanimity were a foundation of our
firm.
In Tom’s memory, the firm has established the Thomas Trapp
Environmental Scholarship at Hastings College of the Law, his alma
mater, to honor Tom’s legacy in the environmental law community and
perpetuate his memory with students entering this field of study.
