Maureen L. King

Maureen King is an associate with Barg Coffin Lewis & Trapp, LLP. Her practice focuses on environmental compliance counseling under federal and state toxic and hazardous substances statutes. Prior to joining the firm, Maureen served for nine years as assistant counsel in the Office of Legislative Counsel for the United States House of Representatives where she specialized in drafting environmental statutes. She also has advanced degrees in library science and public policy. She applies both her legislative experience and her research and information sciences skills to her practice for the firm.
