Brett Henrikson is an environmental associate at Barg Coffin Lewis & Trapp, LLP.  Brett's practice focuses on environmental litigation and compliance counseling.  Prior to joining the firm, Brett served as a Judicial Clerk to Chief Justice Dana Fabe of the Alaska Supreme Court.  

Brett's professional expertise includes:

  • Prosecution and defense of cost recovery claims regarding soil and groundwater contamination

  • Counseling of clients regarding compliance with federal and state clean air laws

  • Defense of toxic tort claims and claims under California's Proposition 65

  • Environmental due diligence for real estate transactions
